Webster Parish Convention & Tourist Commission
The 2013 Scottish Tartan Festival is funded in part by a grant from the Webster Parish Convention and Tourist Commision.
Smithfield Fair - Celtic Folk music
The core of entertainment for the Tartan Festival for several years, Smithfield Fair will return again for the 2013 festival. The band blends original, Celtic-based songs with aspects of bluegrass, Appalachian, and other forms of American music.
Jed Marum Scottish-Irish-American Folk Singer
Playing for the Tartan Festival in 2013 for the first time, Jed performs traditional and contemporary songs in a musical style that is both Celtic and American, with strong Bluegrass roots.
Jackson Irish Dancers
Coming to the 2013 Scottish Tartan Festival: the Jackson Irish Dancers are a traditional Irish dance group hailing from Jackson, Mississippi.
